• Managed creative marketing and content creation design and scheduling, increasing visibility by 849% (2.3 million views) and filling all available venue seating
• Communicated/formulated agendas and coordinated meetings between team members, stakeholders, and talent
• Serve as liaison to outsource drink and beauty sponsors (Jessie's Mocktails, 100% Pure) and maintained fulfillment of agreement and attainment of KPIs with a focus on brand awareness and lead captures
