• Worked with Prospect Advertising to represent English Biscuit Manufacturers at the 2025 Summer Fancy Food Festival in NYC, working directly alongside their marketing team
• Drew in distributors and investors from major retailers that were present at the event and arranged meetings with the marketing team at our station to discuss brand expansion
• Ensured aesthetics and sample engagement were up to client's expectations
• Daily set up and breakdown of the pop-up and inventory tracking
