• Coordinated activation scope to comply with differing venue regulations while prioritizing ROI
• Increased profit by 150% from previous campaign cycle and by 65% in the latter half the campaign through initiating adjustments in venue locations, verbiage, and budget allocations via market research on regional demographic, stores, and engagement with competitors
• Managed and monitored performance on-site, reporting to visiting brand client representatives on KPIs
• Maintained long-term renewal with client
