• Worked alongside creative director Wilfree Vasquez and fashion consulting company Pink Maison CEO Rose Gordon to coordinate NYFW SS26 mixer and private casting for top model selects/promotional event to capture ad content leading up to primary show day
• Created sponsor deck and secured drink and beauty sponsors to provide guests with complimentary giveaways and content creation opportunities (Jessie's Mocktails, Aly Kaye Essentials, Edgar's Cafe)
• Recruited media staff and communicated designations to maximize recap and sponsor content
• Worked directly with Daylight Studios venue staff to ensure compliance with safety regulations and determine placement of sponsor stations
• Designed and scheduled social media recap content from event
