• Directly assisted CEO in operations for an exclusive cross-collaborative event with Zeus TV Joseline's Cabaret and Road to Awe clothing brand, with Zeus TV being an on-demand network drawing in over 100 million fans across all platforms and RtA drawing in an estimated annual $130.5 million in revenue and strong presence in the NYC fashion community
• Designed custom promotional content for hosts' social media
• Created RSVP system and coordinated guest list (GA, VIP, Press) which included over 300 RSVPs and media from Getty Images, BFA, Us Weekly, etc., with curated audience exclusive to fashion and music industry professionals at major labels
• Secured and managed sponsored activations for guests to interact with (tooth gems, photo booth, custom spray-painted tote bags, Ten to One Rum)
• Collaborated directly with RtA venue staff to plan out activation placement on the event floor
• Spearheaded event staff coordination and guest admission process on-site
• Directly managed VIP admission and experience for specified VIP clients
• Secured renewal opportunities from all sponsor clients and venue
