• Created custom promotional content for hosts' social media
• Created RSVP system and coordinated guest list (GA, VIP, Press) which included over 300 RSVPs and media from Getty Images, BFA, Us Weekly, etc.
• Secured and managed complimentary activations for guests to interact with (tooth gems, photo booth, custom spray-painted tote bags)
• Spearheaded event staff coordination and guest admission process on site
